Doesnt work AT ALL on my iPhone 4

Id give it zero stars but I dont see that option - the bottom line is this - it just doesnt work - at all! EVERY time I try to open a photo to work on, it shuts down! as soon as you pick a filter, shuts down! Just doesnt work. I wish I could get my money back. and by the way, its one of the more expensive photo apps.
I just e-mailed a second request to support (didnt hear back on the first request) to see if they have anything to say, or if they can help. If they happen to respond Ill let yall know.
