Non-working in iOS 4

This app doesnt work at all in iOS 4. For that reason alone, Apple should yank it from the store until it is updated. If the app isnt updated, then these people should refund peoples money.
Id give 3 stars to the working version. Until then, it doesnt even deserve a rating.
